Biography

Colonel Edmund L. Davis was commissioned an Infantry officer upon graduation from Officer Candidate School Class 19-70, 28 August 1970. His first duty assignment was as an Airborne Rifle Platoon Leader, Company C, 3/325 Infantry, 82nd Airborne Division.

His subsequent duty assignments include: Infantry Platoon Leader, 2/5th Infantry, 1st Air Cavalry Division, Vietnam; Commander, Special Training Co.
